Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels

Authority to Leave
If you select or authorize "Safe Drop" or "Authority to Leave" during delivery, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once the carrier confirms delivery.
